The 5 Mistakes You’re Making That Are Destroying Your Chances Of Building A Muscular, Greek-Like Physique

Mistake #1: You are ignoring the fact that you have to focus on building your strength consistently.

The simple fact of the matter is, the only thing you need to focus on in the gym is consistently increasing your strength.

In fact, the success of your entire training program relies on your ability to add more and more weight to your bar on all your exercises week after week.
