The 5 Mistakes You’re Making That Are Destroying Your Chances Of Building A Muscular, Greek-Like Physique

Mistake #1: You are ignoring the fact that you have to focus on building your strength consistently.

The simple fact of the matter is, the only thing you need to focus on in the gym is consistently increasing your strength.

In fact, the success of your entire training program relies on your ability to add more and more weight to your bar on all your exercises week after week.

If you’re cruising to the gym, just randomly picking up whatever weight you think you should be lifting, you are literally wasting your time.

If your program isn’t structured with a 100% focus on the law of progressive overload, you are destroying your chances of ever making good gains.

Mistake #2: You lack structure in your diet and are just ‘winging’ your meals

You can work out until you fall flat on the floor, but if the nutritional side of your fitness plan isn’t properly organized, your physique will never grow.

Simply eating healthy is NOT enough.

You must have a properly planned diet that is specifically tailored to your own individual goals and body type.

Also, you shouldn’t make your diet plan complex or complicated. Simplicity and consistency are always key. If you’re always thinking about what to eat next, you are robbing yourself of energy and peace of mind.

If you’re just going through the motions at the gym, and are not using proper form and technique, most of the muscle you’re trying to target and grow are barely being trained at all.
